Depends where you live. That would be low in the DC area unless it was a teenager. Even that’s kind of low for 2 kids. |

| We pay $25 but a women recently advertised on our neighborhood facebook page that her rate was $35/hr. I was surprised she had 20 comments asking for her information. She was mid 30s and had teaching experience so people were willing to pay. |

| We pay our sitter $15 an hour but always round up. So if she’s here for 2 hours 15 mins we pay for 3. We pretty lunch guarantee 3 hours of pay even if we use her less. She just turned 18. We have one kid, just turned 11. |
