Northern lights visible in MD on Thursday?

Anyone have a good suggestion for where in MD to view them? Up north like Frostburg or near the PA line, or someplace closer to DC?

I wouldn’t travel unless it’s guaranteed to be a 100% clear night.

I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about this. Seeing the northern lights is definitely on my bucket list and it would be so much cheaper to see it in Maryland.

Outdated reporting according to Washingtonian, they won't be visible.

Unfortunately, it appears the heavenly light show won’t grace Maryland at all. Researchers say they have corrected the forecast commonly cited by news organizations, reeling back the original prediction. Now, scientists at the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration say the glow will probably only be visible from states along the Canadian border.

I'd drive to Annapolis and camp out in my car on the top of one of their parking garages.

We can redraw border. Canada can have anything north of MD. Now can we see it?
