When do the updated Student Grades and Graduation Credit Reports get released?

After the first semester, they came out 8 calendar days after report cards. Do they generally take longer after the full school year? I can't remember when last year's was posted.

The last one I have was generated on February 10 and shows the prior semester grades. That would be right after the 2nd quarter ended. Are they generated at the beginning of the first and third marking periods? So I won't see the updated one until September?

Do Seniors who have graduated get these final transcripts too so they can see what was sent to their college?

Hm, I do see that Feb 10 date on the SGGCR posted on Parentvue too. But the last one that we received on paper was dated March 31. On the back of the paper report it says the reports will be available End of marking period 1 and End of marking period 3.

The one in the fall comes out after summer school sessions are processed. I’m a teacher and I remember the report appearing under student documents mid-September. The paper copy was distributed with 1st Qtr report cards.

I have a recent grad, and don't recall them receiving one. But I believe you can request them from the counseling office.

Reviving an old thread to ask the same question.

My junior DC last received the "full transcript" in November, reflecting only 9th and 10th grade. When do we expect a new one that shows the firs semester? Alternatively, where do we find the cumulative weighted GPA?

My high schooler brought home a new printed report with her report card this week. It’s not on parentvue yet, but I expect it will be posted to documents in the next week.

Naviance also has shown the updated weighted GPA since shortly after the end of the last semester.

Thank you! I had heard that it is in Naviance, but we can't find it. Where do we look?
