I also find it strange how many beautiful wealthy actresses there are wasting what’s left of their fertility away. Dakota is rich, dating an even richer man, plenty old enough, and both have a lot of leisure time — why would she not be trying to have kids? It makes no sense. But she’s hardly alone in Hollywood. Childless actresses off the top of my head whose fertility window is closing or closed: Brie Larson, Sofia Vergara, Margot Robbie (lies about her age), Aubrey Plaza, Emma Watson, all of the Olson sisters… on and on. |

Why are you obsessed with other people's "fertility windows"? Do you, yourself, pop out babies and celebrate your fertility window's openness? WTF. Are you just utterly unaware that women's acting careers would grind to a halt, at least temporarily, if they got pregnant and then took any time off to, oh, raise a kid for a few years? Hollywood, especially roles for the specific women you list (except maybe Plaza, who will probably work forever as a character actor) IS still very much about looks and youth and grinding out those TV shows and movies while you're still good-looking enough and young enough, or while your plastic surgery is still holding up well. Bonus: The pandemic shut down and then slowed down things so much that it ate some prime years from women's working time, so maybe they don't think they can afford another halt just now for a baby. Though quite a few on your list are just "celebrities" and not actual working actors much. |
