Air quality after rain—why is it not better?

| After the smoke earlier this month I’ve been watching the AQI closer than I did before. I expected the rains this afternoon to improve the air quality, similar to the way pollen counts drop after a rain. Why did the rain not improve the air quality? I’m looking at the air now site. |
