We are having a small BBQ on Sunday but I need some ideas to great pasta salads or other dishes I can serve with sausages and marinated chicken. I usually make a mean potato salad but the kids won't eat it and it it not really good for the waist line

I flagged these pasta salad recipes to try. If you do one, please report back and say how it worked.

Op here: Thank for the 2 great suggestions. I love both and will definitely try one and let you know how it works out.
PP 15:02 - about how many people doe the Greek orzo salad feed? The recipe didn't say, wondering if I should double it.
Op here. I made the orzo salad and it was really good. It was a great mix of vegatables but I didn't think the dressing tasted of enough. I added enough orzo to feed 6 adults and 6 children but did not double the dressing so that may have been my problem. I would think that the receipe feeds 4 people as it is. I will definitely make it again as it was also great to eat at work for lunch.
15:02 here... thanks for the feedback! To 12:29 (not sure if you are the OP or not), looking at the ingredients, I would think it would feed about 4-6 people as a side dish. I also think you could reduce the olive oil to 1/8 of a cup instead of 1/4 a cup, and then add more to taste after everything is all mixed up.
Hi. I'm PP 12:29 - I made the greek orzo salad yesterday. OMG - it tasted so awesome. We're taking it to the beach tomorrow to have w/ our sandwiches for lunch. Thanks. So yummy. Oh - I doubled it, had a little two much orzo for my bowl w/ lid so I save the rest in another container for another day.
sorry - PP again - I double everything, including the dressing mix.
