Suicide contagion is a real phenomenon and the thread is full of stuff strongly associated with the likelihood of it occurring. It is so pervasive that it would probably be impossible to remove the associated hazard by removing individual posts.

Don’t you have to glorify it in order to have other people consider it?

Jeff, are you familiar with GOMI and do you have an opinion of it? People in that thread are comparing it to DCUM but I think the sites are so different. GOMI is organized almost exclusively around bloggers they hate etc., and has few guidelines about what isn't permitted, whereas DCUM is much more general conversation. There is snark here too but it's not the main purpose of the site, which is just advice and conversation. The WE WILL TAKE THESE PEOPLE DOWN factor is like the difference between a tabloid and a general purpose magazine, but maybe I'm missing something. No worries if you'd rather not give an opinion though.
