Some of the finishes are boring and the kitchen is a little meh, but I love the solarium. I wish they had included a floor plan.

This home is stunning, truly. The only thing I don't like are the pillars leading into the solarium - and those are easily removable. I doubt they're load-bearing.

This will go fast, and for over ask. $3.5M

I love it. I’d be excited to live there. It’s twice my budget and I’d still want to make some changes to the kitchen. This is why I’ll never like my home.

It’s a beautiful home, though bigger than I would prefer. But that’s a moot point since I couldn’t remotely afford it. Tile in the basement in this area always makes me think that the basement must flood….
