Looking for DIY Seasoning Mixes (like taco seasoning but different flavor profiles)

Anonymous
I like making taco bowls for my family using a taco seasoning recipe instead of a packet. I am interested in trying some other flavor profiles other than taco or Mexican. I’m just starting to be a slightly better cook and I don’t know how to mix seasonings to flavor 1 lb of ground beef, ground turkey, or ground pork. We are interested in trying different things.

I’d look around the penzeys website for inspiration. They have ton of spice blends, they’ll recommend what they are for, and if you click, you get ingredients

This is very random but mixing chili powder, curry, garlic powder, and salt is great with ground beef.

It’s cheaper just to buy them already made. Try a few figure out what works.

Great combination of chiles and spices- not too spicy. Easy to brown the beef add sliced onions and pop in the oven
