red stem and leaves of 2; could it be poison ivy?

I've got these viney weeds that has grown back into my backyard lawn. It looks like poison ivy but none of the leaves are in groups of 3 but rather 2. The stem is very reddish and is growing with runners.

Download the “seek” app from iNaturalist and take a photo of it. It’s pretty good at identifying plants.

Poison ivy is pretty distinctive. Leaves of 3, let it be. Check with images online.
