Can someone explain ACPS' budget and the funding from the city to me?

| I had no idea that the majority of the funding for ACPS comes from the city, which the city council votes on. Where can I find out what the city council suggested for the ACPS budget? I saw online that the city council did not fully fund the budget. What does that mean? Can someone explain the ACPS budget to me? |
