Where to get casual dinner in Richmond on Easter evening (Sunday, April 9)?

Anonymous
We are driving down to Richmond on Easter and spending the night there (Embassy Suites) to kick off our college visit week on April 10. I assume that most restaurants will be closed for dinner on Sunday -- not just because it's Sunday, but because it's Easter. Can anyone recommend some place that might be open? We are not familiar with the area at all (around the Embassy Suites.) We are not looking for anything festive; just sustenance. Will probably roll into town at 7:00 p.m. or later.

In case anyone is telling me to pack food - not really going to work, because we'll be en route from a relative's home in PA, after having spent three days there. Thanks!

If it is the one off Broad Street you really have your pick of chains. I personally like Roots for good salads. There is a Mission BBQ close. Torchy taco is really good. A few hot pot places, Sushi King.. I think if u try any of the trendy places in the Fan or Carytown, you will run into the Easter crowd.
