What’s your favorite bread recipe?

I love this no-knead focaccia from Bob Appetit: https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/easy-no-knead-focaccia

This oatmeal bread. My children love it for sandwiches. I cut the sugar/honey down to 2 teaspoons (so a little less than one tablespoon). I've tried omitting it all together, but the small amount of sugar gives it a better rise and texture

I like the no knead recipes from artisan bread in 5 minutes a day

This focaccia recipe. I am obsessed with it. I usually infuse my oil with herbs/spices (mostly garlic, who am I kidding?) before use. It makes for an absolutely incredible bread.

Others are a no-knead artisan bread, and Japanese milk bread.

I make simple sourdough every week. Time consuming but super easy.

Also love the WaPo easy focaccia recipe.

I make this so frequently that I don’t even use the recipe any more. I also use the dough for rolls, cinnamon rolls, foccacia… anything except for pizza dough, although you CAN… we just prefer thin crust
