| Can anyone please explain this to me? I registered on the website, but it doesn’t offer me visitor parking passes — just for contractors and home health aides. What am I doing wrong?? |

Sign into ParkDC, click on schedule a vehicle to park, add new vehicle, enter the vehicle information, select dates and times and then print the permit.
There's also a way to use a code to send the info to a guest and they print on their end, but it requires them to sign up on the site, too, and just seems more complicated, so I create and print the permits on my end and hand it to the visitor. |

How do you select a range of dates?
Select the date and time the vehicle will be parked. A visitor parking permit is only required between 7:00 am - 11:55 pm. |
