Don't have time to read, but I'm assuming this is the list of stuff she *thinks* he planted?

Most of it is boosting, where someone sends a link, says to boost it, and someone flags to Jed. There's a couple that describe narratives they asked the press to write, and one text where Katie Case says "the comments are us lol." Then they mix it in with more benign stuff like Justin boosting things that make him look good, to pad it out. It's not a huge bombshell but it's not nothing and it's pretty clear they weren't flagging Jed to monitor stuff they already found. But enough to convince a jury, I don't know.

I only skimmed but this seems like a pretty accurate summary. TBH, including all the stuff that is clearly just Justin and his team boosting positive stories about him or trying to sell a narrative that all was well on set (or just part of the creative process) makes it feel like it's no big deal. I wish they'd strip all that stuff out and just list the places where they have evidence of Abel, TAG, or Jed boosting negative stories about Blake, claiming credit for negative comments about her, etc. If it was just this, it would be easier to evaluate if it feels like enough to convince a jury.

I do think they are really hurting for all the Signal chat stuff here. It's tough when they have texts where someone identifies something online and says "we'll flag to Jed" and then... we don't know what happened. To me this is a big unanswered question. I don't buy what Jed is saying about "just monitoring" -- it doesn't make sense based on how his services were described internally by TAG or Wayfarer, and doesn't make sense with the text info we have about his work. But that doesn't mean he was doing what Lively was alleging.

It's frustrating to have that gap and not be able to assess for myself if whatever Jed did was okay or not. I also would love to know what he did just as a consumer of information online -- I feel like it might provide some insight that could help me be a smarter consumer.

There is exactly one claim of a negative story about Blake being boosted prior to the complaint being filed. As you said, most of it is boosting positive stories about Justin or neutral stories. Really weak sauce.

That's definitely not true. Even disregarding the ones that I think are clearly Justin's team just fairly boosting positive content about him, I see multiple examples of what appears to be TAG or Jed, or Wayfarer suggesting to TAG or Jed, either a negative story about Blake to be seeded or boosted, or discussing planting comments on stories that criticize Blake. For instance they have messages where they credit Jed with comments that are critical of Blake or claim she was trying to steal the movie ("thank god for Jed"). There's also the text saying that they are "seeing a shift on social, due largely to Jed's and his team's efforts to shift the narrative towards shining a spotlight on Blake and Ryan." A link to a TikTok video of Blake patting Baldoni on the shoulder and a host of negative comments critical of Blake, with the request for the team to boost. Another text from Case saying she would share a Hollywood Reporter article with Jed's team and "at the very least ask for engagement in the comments" indicating they expected Jed to help fill the comments with anti-Blake and/or pro-Baldoni content. Another text between Case and Koslow with bullet points to be suggested to a journalist that include critiques of the way Blake promoted the movie.

There are more that's just a smattering based on a quick review. It's definitely not "one claim." There are a ton of discrete incidents that seem to show Abel, TAG, and Jed engaging in spreading negative content about Blake in August 2024.

Wow, so much just dropped. It’s hard to keep track. Documentation that Sony was pushing for a R rated movie with more sex scenes and Baldoni/WF fought for the PG13.

Apparently, Blake can’t go for damages for Blake Brown because she doesn’t own the company. She is the face of the brand only.

Not a shock as I believe a lot of celebrity brands.

Sorry, meant to say I believe a lot of celebrity brands operate like this

Yes, directly contradicts Blake’s argument that Justin was the one pushing for more explicit intimacy scenes. It was Sony’s directive.

I said there was one negative article about Blake they talked about boosting pre complaints. You are talking about comments, not articles, that may or may not have been written by WF, and may or may not have been pro Justin rather than pro Blake. It sounds like a pretty standard pr response when responding to a pr attack.

I thought we knew this already? Maybe not that Sony wanted more explicit but it was clear in the MANY emails between Justin and Colleen Hoover that he wanted to keep this tame and the focus on domestic violence victims so it always seemed like an odd claim he was pushing for more. Did not align with his stated vision at all.

At this point in the case, is there anyone following who’s genuinely neutral? As much as people love to think they’re impartial, rational beings, I feel like anyone who has paid attention to this case has already picked aside and those who claim they’re neutral are lying

On Reddit, there’s a video of her with the boots that she wanted to wear telling crew members how sexy they are because the bone hits the wood or something weird. They look completely unimpressed and like they are just trying to do their job and she’s talking about how sexy her boots are.

Honestly, if she wasn’t trying to ruin this man’s life, I would feel sorry for her. she just seems really lost and…. I don’t know the right word. Desperate? I wonder if she’s neurodivergent. There is just something off about some of these interactions.

Just read the email from the intimacy coordinator, saying the scenes that Blake signed off to do and which ones she wanted the IC there for.

Blatantly contradict Blake’s initial allegations.

I really don’t see this going to trial.

In the old Blake thread, someone speculated she might have autism, which sounds ridiculous on its face and I know you shouldn't speculate about people like that, but I thought it was a really interesting theory. I mean, I don't think she is, but again, something interest to mull over.

In that video, she sounds very child-like. I think she was really babied by her family. I listened to some podcast with a guy who knew Blake's family, and he talked about how weird she was and how she was a huge daddy's girl, like a little bit more than normal. I don't mean that in a creepy way, just like, it sounds like it maybe stunted her growth in a way.

I believe there is more video coming. WF attorneys filed letter indicating some exhibits were too large or otherwise unable to be filed and sought Court’s guidance on how to file.
