I feel like the question could be answered several ways. Do you mean best academic preparation for all students, including the bottom 20%? Or Support for the top 20%?

Also the progressive versus traditional approach. Do you think high school students need more facts and basics, or should students attempt in-depth topics first that are personally appealing?

I think parents have different answers to these questions.
