Stupidest question

I'm noticing baby prefers her head to one side when sleeping. If I'm staring at her it's my Left side but her Right side? When describing it do I say left or right? If I lay the way she is it would be my right.

I know how ridiculous this sounds and it probably doesn't matter and I know it's sleep deprivation but still pls be nice.

Yes, her body.

If you can, see if you can redirect her head to the other side occasionally, otherwise she might get a flat spot. It's not the end of the world if she does, and she will probably outgrow it, but still... It freaked me out when I noticed my kid's head was weirdly shaped because he always looked to the same side. Turns out he had torticollis (a tight neck muscle), but we were able to learn some stretches that helped. Now at 7 months his head is finally beginning to round out.
