Magnetic field biblical war article on drudge

How can what possibly be true? That some of the stories in the Bible were based on real events? I don’t believe that’s in question. What I’m afraid people will take from this is that if these stories recorded in the writings that became the Bible are real, then they will take that to mean that the entire book is scientifically proven, and I think that’s the hope of the writers at “Study Finds.” Study Finds seems to be an aggregator website but I couldn’t find the original source of the study this is based on.

Here's Haaretz reporting on it. Israel generously funds archeology and is home to cutting edge techniques. Most of the Bronze age portions of the bible probably have a lot of historic truth. None of this is supporting Genesis or proving anything about God.
