I have owned 2 Cuisinarts in my life- the first one lasted 15+ years, but the most recent one only lasted about 4-5 years and then a plastic part on the base broke off. I'm very disappointed- we use it a few times per week.
So, now I'm considering another brand- does anyone have recommendations? The Breville Sous Chef Plus looks promising, but would love other's thoughts... |

Grating cheese, veggies Making hummus, pesto I think I would like the slicing disk, since it could replace my mandolin? The cuisinart standard slicing disk seems too thick. |
