Mine went up $200 a month and I’m totally feeling it as my salary has not gone up this year. Is it just me feeling the pain? Do you think it will go down next year when our property values go down (assuming anyway). Anyone know why the BOS such a massive increase this year?

Taxes went up because assessments went up. The real question and what you should look out for is if your assessments go down when the market declines.
