Is it too late to drop down to easier class?

Based on interim grades, I'm wondering about dropping down from honors to regular. Are we past the deadline?

I don't think so. My son dropped a class in first week of October, in about 2019. But you are getting close to the cutoff. Good luck.

Teacher here. It’s not. I got four more kids today with schedule changes due to dropping down a level in one of their classes. But you need to email tonight/call tomorrow and get it done tomorrow. We are halfway through the quarter. Not all grades will transfer from old class to new one, and your kid might need to make up something.
