My own fault and I marked up back of husbands car. Now what? Take to car dealer or any auto body shop?

A “mark” could possibly be buffed out by a competent detailer. If there’s a dent but no paint damage, then try PDR or paintless dent repair. You would be amazed what can be done, including using heat to straighten out a bumper cover, Something more will likely require a trip to a body shop for bondo and respray. Take the time to thoroughly document the damage prior to a body shop repair as it may prove helpful at resale if the repair is reported to Carfax. .

My teen just squished the bumper right corner. My husband wants to use heat to pop it back out. We'll see how it goes.

He should try a suction cup first.

If he does heat, he should do it from backside.
