TTC 2nd DC here. Been trying 3 months with charting and 2 with OPKs. Prior to that we were trying without trying type of thing, which got us pregnant on the first try with DS 3 years ago. Total, we have been trying over 6 months now. Last month had 2 positive OPKs that perfectly correlated with rising temps. Based on my previous charts, I am estimated to ovulate today-Sat of this week. Thus, I should be getting a positive OPK today right?. I had lines yesterday and today, but neither were positive and the one yesterday was darker than today. Did I already ovulate? On day 12 and 13 of last month I got my positives and that clearly is not the case this month since I am on day 13. I guess what I am asking is-do OPKs work some months and not others? Was the darker line yesterday that although not positive, signaling the surge and I ovulated between that test and today? Or maybe I am just going to ovulate later or not at all this cycle? This is so confusing. I have been having ovulation pain and egg white CM for days now. I guess time will tell. Thanks for the vent and I hope I am making sense.
