Peach dessert

I have 2 pounds of peaches and a craving for something warm and peachy, but easy. I don't want to make pie dough. I have an average stocked baking cabinet and oats. Some kind of crumble? What's your absolute favorite tried and true?

Here is a great recipe for pie with a press crumbly dough. It is delicious

Pickled peaches would be an option.

I don’t like pie crust, so my absolute favorite would be to make peach cobbler but without the cobbler crust. Serve with coconut ice cream.

A crisp with oatmeal topping serviced with vanilla ice cream and reddi whip.

Last summer I made the Fresh Peach Cake from Ina Garten, it was very good.

This coming week I’m planning to make the Southern Living Peach Streusel Coffee Cake (I’m the Southern Living cake list lady from the other thread) https://www.southernliving.com/recipes/peach-coffee-cake

Peach cobbler- a Southern favorite, and you create a non-crust crumbly topping.

Yes, came here to say Peach cobbler. SO good w/ vanilla ice cream. A summer time classic/favorite.

If you have any peaches leftover—freeze and make this. It is good. https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/peach-lassi-sorbet-with-crushed-blackberries

Grill ‘em! Great summer dessert with ice cream!

Peaches are also great in salad. They pair nicely with basil as well.

Seconding Ina Garten's fresh peach cake.

I also love this cobbler recipe:

Although just add milk slowly. If you add all the milk in the recipe it's sometimes way too runny.

This peach pie with a premade pie crust. You can also use sour cream or thick plain yogurt if you can’t find creme fraiche.

Peach Truck skillet cobbler (it's good with blueberries but just fine without them).
