Looking to boost my mocktail recipe box. I'm tired of cranberry and seltzer, flavored seltzers, etc., and want some refreshing summer mocktail recipes. What do you like to serve or drink as a non-alcoholic option for summertime?

I do a pump or 2 of Vanilla syrup mixed with 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 lemonade, for parties we serve with lemonade ice cubes so they don't get watered down.

Cook some blueberries with a little water and sugar and some fresh mint leaves until bubbly, mashing the blueberries. Use the mixture with iced tea and lemon for a blueberry iced tea, or seltzer and lime for a blueberry mojito (alcohol optional!)

I follow She the Bartender on tik tok and she has a TON of good mocktail recipes.

Seltzer with a splash of cranberry, a splash of pineapple and a lime squeeze.

Oh, I was going to say this but grapefruit juice instead of pineapple.

Virgin Moscow mule - ginger beer, bar lime, soda water, simple syrup (if you like it sweeter)

Muddle blackberries, rosemary, and some sugar together. Top with soda water, garnish with lime and rosemary

Pretty much the same as above, using watermelon and basil instead. Punch this one up with a shot of hot pepper

Iced coffee “martini” - espresso, over ice, simple syrup to taste. Top with creamer of your choice and some chocolate shavings in a martini glass.

I love the San Pellegrino Momenti seltzers, which have a lot of more flavor and depth than the usual seltzer, but aren't overly sweet at all. My favorites are the lemon-raspberry and the pomegranate-currant. Yum!

Spicy ginger beer (look for Jamaican), an ounce of unsweetened cranberry juice and a splash of lime

Chia fresca! A tbsp of chia, a lemon's worth of juice and some honey, stirred and then topped with icy water and a bruised mint leaf. Can be done with lime or orange too, and mint subbed for rosemary or a slice of ginger.
