She didn’t record this album with Jack and Aaron. The two producers and cowriters are in Sweden and that’s where all the songs were recorded.

Taylor’s lawyers have extracted her from this case. She is no longer involved. There would be no reason for her to not be seen with Blake or not give some kind of subtle sign of support at this point. It just doesn’t make any sense that her one show of support would be a vague song, and it doesn’t add up that she recorded a song in 2025.

I know, I don’t think that Taylor was paying attention to Candace Owens commentary on Blake lively in 2025. Which by the way, Candace is totally on Justin’s side so it would be kind of ironic if she chose to quote Candace about her friend.

At the end of the day, it’s a weird way of showing support for Blake. Blake is having a really hard time in the public eye. She could use a show of support from any of their mutual friends and she’s not getting it. America and Alexis are also in the disclosures and yet they’ve publicly made statements of support for Blake so it doesn’t make sense that it has anything to do with the trial. Ryan is now not involved in the trial as his case was dropped. It seems like Taylor could at least be seen with Ryan to show that she’s still friends with the family. I don’t know, there are literally a ton of options Taylor has to hint support and she has taken none of them.

Blake actually had a cute post for her daughter‘s birthday, she made a cake like her favorite stuffed animal. You know the Internet would’ve gone crazy if Taylor had simply liked it. It is her goddaughter after all. She didn’t.

We could go in like this all night. Just as many articles pointing out differences in the jewelry. She wore a dress Blake wore but then people posted Sabrina had worn the same dress more recently. I'm really wondering what issues the parties will submit. I have a feeling neither will try on the SH claims - a jury can clearly find either way on the facts we know. Although I suppose they may want to lay out evidence for PR.

Maybe WF will shock us and just rely on the MJOP. Stranger things have happened. But I hope they all submit MSJs with lots of unredacted exhibits. The text messages the other day where WF was drafting DMs to Colleen Hoover were hilarious.

Seriously? Indemnification is literally one of the many affirmative defenses listed in Abel’s answer responding to Jones’s complaint. While we may not have discussed this specifically, isn’t it because it is a kind of obvious defense that Abel could try to prove? I don’t think she’ll win on SJ but it makes sense for her to tee this up. The idea that this is some kind of 4D chess is not a take I was ready for lol.
