Look at their criteria before giving this much weight. Basically, few SLACs could possibly qualify for a decent grade. And they allow schools that aren't able to meet their budgets to get good grades. Sounds like BS to me.

The list has mostly LACs at the top of the list if you ask me.

huh? The endowment metric is per student, and the other ratios are based on the assets and debt relative to expenses and assets. There is no reason that a SLAC can't do well based on those criteria.

Stop being salty that your no-name mediocre LAC that’s a financial dump didn’t make it on this last. The LACs are very well represented on this list. Heck, CMC is the first name on the list.
