Try linen sheets and pajamas made with moisture-wicking fabric. I have Cool Jams but there are other brands. Night sweats are the worst! |

I bought Molecule sheets which are supposed to be cooling. My friends swear by them. I thought they were just ok. Also, I have a Coop Cooling pillow. It stays kind of cool. |

I wear moisture wicking tank tops from the active wear section and cotton panties. I also make 2 braids in my hair to keep it off my neck. A fan blowing on me also helps. |
