Low FODMAP takeout options?

I’m recently starting a low FODMAP diet and a lot of my previous delivery favorites are no-gos. What do you like and recommend?

Cava
District Taco Breakfast Tacos (no guac)

All the above as well as Chipotle or Moe's or Chic Fil A. We've found with our daughter that we need to avoid anything with onions, garlic and tomatoes. So with Cava and Chipotle, she skips the corn/tomato things and she has been fine. It actually helps her feel normal. She is fine with the fried chicken tenders at Chic Fil A so she gets those and a salad with no tomatoes or cucumber.

Places like Panera are tough because they use a lot of onions (in the quiches, a lot of the pastries, etc). The same with a lot of deli types of places if you're looking at chicken salad or tuna salad.

She also has a lot of luck with Subway because she can be very specific about what to include or not.

Google low fodmap restaurant foods. There are some websites/blogs that have some good ideas. It's what I looked at when I was low fodmap. It's hard but not impossible to eat out.

Cava???!!!! Hell no! All that garlic in the dressing, the yogurty/lactosy cheesy toppings, the shredded Brussels sprouts?! Believe me, before I went on the fodmap diet I used to take out lunch from cava routinely at work and it was baaaad for my gut.

Most meat dishes with vegetable side.

Salad with chicken.

Peruvian chicken.

I never had major issues with fries or yucca either.

Doterra GX cures my SIBO bouts. Highly recommend, or get SIBO test from doctor, it's an all day at home kind of test, then get the script meds. Might be 3k out of pocket depending on your insurance

You just don’t know how to order.

Op here, thanks everyone, these are great ideas! Feel free to keep going! I ordered Cava tonight and got rice and chicken with lettuce and tomatoes and cucumber - that is all. No sauce, no dairy. It was great! I couldn’t eat much of it but I’m hoping to feel better soon.

Tomatoes and cucumber are no nos for some low FODMAP people. They may be something to avoid unless you know they don't bother you.

The rice, chicken, and greens are good. My daughter also loves the braised lamb. For toppings, she is able to tolerate the crumbled Feta, the Kalamata olives, the pita crips, and the avocado (slices or chunks if they are served that way). She uses her own oil and vinegar to dress the dish.
