Cosco lasagna cooking

Does anyone know if it’s ok to cook the Kirkland lasagna from Cosco in the oven with the plastic film on top?

The instructions I found online seem to suggest the plastic film should stay on for part of the cooking time:
How To Cook Frozen Costco Lasagna in The Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F for about 5 min.
Separate twin pack. ...
Place tray on cookie sheet on middle oven rack.
Cook for about 50 to 55 minutes.
Remove film cover and continue cooking for 10 or 15 minutes to brown cheese.
Check the internal temperature, which should reach 160°F.

With plastic film, make sure your oven doesn’t exceed the recommended oven temperature, though. If you don’t have a way to confirm the temperature, I’d remove the plastic film and replace it with foil.

I made one of these about a week ago. You cut an inch or so slit in the film for the majority then take it all off at the end.
