This happened to me too. The sales guy asked to speak to my parents. I was in my mid to late thirties then.

Most people tend to guess my age - 6 or 7. It's not my face that fools them - I've got plenty of forehead lines. It's my build. I am naturally small-framed and thin - body look more like 15 than late 40's. I eat a good diet and get exercise, but I know that it's 90% due to genes. I'll take it while it lasts -- which is probably only a few more years.

I think the most surprising is Vera Wang. She could pass for being in her 20s and she just turned 70. When she was fuller she looked her age, but now I wouldn’t believe it’s her. What’s her secret?

She’s like Yoko ono. With some Asian women if they keep dying their hair black they generally can stay looking young. In japan the graying hair is what gives away a lot of women’s age; otherwise their faces look young.

I have heard Heidi Klum has had stem therapy. Being a supermodel turned celebrity she had access to all kinds of cosmetic and surgical interventions. She looked good but did not look young. These past months however her face looks naturally young — the way she was in her 20’s.

I don’t agree. She looks great. But not young. She’s 47, and I think she looks about 45.

I'm 32 and most people guess 25-28. It's easy when you're still young, fit, and have no kids.

But then there's my dad, he's 62 and most people guess late 40s. We're in the awkward spot where strangers think I'm his second wife.

My measurements are exactly the same as when I was in high school. I never "filled out". I have dark olive skin, hasn't gone crepey yet. I think menopause will be the equalizer for me.

Yes, this happens. I have a friend like this. He body is fit and and she’s tiny, under 5 feet tall. Her face isn’t particularly young looking, but she was mistaken for my daughter. We’re both 50.

I had the opposite happen to me. I lost a lot of weight and I suddenly looked 10 years older.
