The 2014 school board elections in MOCO will be verrry interesting. Members Brandman, Docca, Durso, and O'Neil should be presed as to where they stand on Starr's track record so far.

Oh goody! Maybe we can see Parents Coalition members run in the primaries and all finish dead last again! Why not nominate Sartucci? She's such a peach.

School board election voters care about only two things

1. Are my proprty taxes reasonable
2. Are my property values being helped by the performance of the schools

Since the Parents Coalition is jist an ego trip for Santicci of course they flop every time they run a candidate. But that doesn't mean the four who are up next time are not vulnerable. And the staggered terms wont help them if someone (big real estate inetersts?) can find a good slate because 4 of the 7 seats are up this cycle.

Also, PP, why do you (or anyone) defend Starr? Even if you like his policies, how can you take the weak leadership?

This conversation has as much depth and reason as scribblings on a bathroom wall. Either tell us very specifically about a policy or pedagogical issue at your school (and tell us which school it is), or stop blathering.

DING!DING!DING!
AND WE HAVE A WINNER!

I agree.
