Would you buy a house without gas?

| heat pump is garbage in our dmv climate, particularly when outside temp dip below 35 degrees. also, prefer gas stoves. I would never purchase a home that did not come with natural gas or propane tank. |

We are all electric. When the developer was building they made a deal for all electric. Cable company made a deal too.
Every house does have two wood burning fireplaces. One inside one out. I do miss having a gas stove to cook on but my electric oven is fantastic. |

If you can’t cook good food on an electric stove, then you’re not a good cook. |
