nope they have zero ability to identify kids who can actually bring team value. However like anyone without a license they can see the elite kids who are generally toxic. They will be mediocre accept maybe one age group.

One of his teams wasn’t winning at all. The other team was always a winning team. He just didn’t screw it up.
