There is zero evidence of fraud so far. Musk has found none. Not a single penny. You're not going to see fraud in payments data. You'll need to do investigations, get into the contracts, communication reviews, site visits, etc. It's extremely time consuming and complex.

Have you seen how many doctors get prosecuted for Medicare fraud every year?

They should lose their license on first confirmed offense AND it should be considered a felony with mandatory prison time. Needs to be serious consequences to deter them from abusing the power.

I’m just going to state the obvious- you expropriate Musk’s fortune, we’re good for another generation. At this point, you can’t convince me it’s not 100% ill gotten gains. Take it from him and none of us have to spend our elder years eating dog food.

My understanding is the biggest part of entitlement fraud is unwarranted disability payments. The solution would obviously be some kind of traveling component of SSA that would spot check recipients and look for doctors that have unusually high numbers of patients qualifying. But then you’d have to hire more Feds and provide them a budget.
