Your post is ironic...very unlike Jimmy Carter.

Nonsense. Carter had plenty of words for Trump, none of the complimentary.

Carter said that electing Trump would be a disaster.

Jimmy Carter says reelection of Trump would be a ‘disaster’

Carter was not a fan of Trump but did not insert his opinions into comments or conversations gratuitously. He was a very intelligent, polite, and discreet person.

Carter was against mail in ballots.

So? There is nothing 'complimentary' to say!!

What is the last quote by Carter about Trump? What did he say? When did he say it?

You can't make this stuff up, folks. American voters have lost their minds. The RNC and DNC will push Dick Van Dyke and Clint Eastwood in 2028 and our voters will fall for it.

Rest in peace President Carter.

He lived his faith. Imagine that!

+1 No man is perfect, but his strong Christian faith was a guiding light for him his entire life.

True. That’s why he boldly spoke out against mail-in ballots.

Considering his international activism to protect election integrity, he knew mail-in ballots are the road to cheating.

Listen up, Dems.

The contrast between them is so vast it is well worthy of comment. Carter a great and decent human being; Trump, well, the polar opposite.

Doubtful since that’s when Trump’s insurrection occurred and also when Congress certifies the electoral ballots.

Carter was known for his work on election integrity, and he said a proper review would show that Trump did not win in 2016.

So he’s an election denier?

So compare him with some Democrat presidents. They won't come close. My previous post got deleted because this forum just wants to bash Trump. I'm from Georgia and a big fan of Carter. First met him when he and Rosalynn were campaigning in a local grocery store. Can't stand Trump, but I don't have to bring him up in every thread.

He didn’t. More projection from the MAGA crowd.

I just find it appalling his family has kept him “alive” all this time. Why did they have a feeding tube in him? I’m being serious - not from political agenda but from a humane POV it was gross to keep him alive this long and wheel him around pretending he was doing great. How much of a pension and secret service was his family enjoying to keep that up?

I’ve had some trump bashing posts deleted. But I do think it’s appropriate to bring up Trump given the death of one of the few decent people in politics, especially now as we prepare to go into the breach.
