I agree that it's disgusting. The disgust I get is because of her making out with a guy who looks like her son. I am 50, and when I see 27 year old guys, I think "that could be my kid," not "yeah I want to hit that." It's not even a "fantasy" to get with a guy that young. It's just gross.

Whole movie would have been perfect if the dude was Luigi.

One of the main issues in the movie is that she is so much older than him. There is a scene of her getting botox. The issue is relevant to discussing the film.

I think pp is not referencing the film, in which the plot centers around a large age gap sexual relationship, but more around commenters digging into her looks as an actress, not as the character.

Imo the casting was good and both characters look age appropriate for the roles they are playing.

I cringed every time the NK character apologized and tried to make the plot about the age differential. No CEO would do or say that!

It was clear he was propositioning her and the game he demanded/threatened was for him to be in control. Then the staffer joined in with her ransom asks. And the BoD member.

The plot was dominant/submissive fetish.

He absolutely came off as a “hit it from the back, so you don’t get attached” incel.

Many people wonder if the assistant Esme rigged the whole Samuel/ intern/ mentee/ affair & her promotion thing as blackmail.

He was really tipped off early on to lay it on thick with dog role play domination over the female CEO.
