Everyone I know who is voting for Trump is voting for him because of immigration. When I ask them specifics about it they kind of just look at me blank stared. Just like when I ask them what happened in Benghazi 8 years ago that prevented them from voting for Hillary

Maybe that is because you appear to be unaware of the stark difference between how Trump managed illegal immigration compared to the total chaos created by Biden and Harris when it came to immigration. Maybe they are looking at you with the "WTF?" look.

Inflation is back in the 2% range after the disaster Biden inherited from Trump.
Border crossings are down to 2019 levels, but we still need a bill to be passed to process asylum cases faster.

Trump has not committed to signing any bills related to immigration reform.
Trump is proposing tariffs which would explode inflation and tank our economy.

Harris is proposed strengthening price gouging laws and further reduce housing and drug costs. what are Trumps plans to help consumers?

We’re all worried about these things. But seriously, do your research because top economists are all saying Trump’s policies will increase inflation. I agree that more should have been done about the border earlier. But you can’t deny that republicans blocked a perfectly good bi-partisan border bill.
