It is not about converting anyone. It’s about the fact that non-Christian students on the bus should not be marginalized. Sure I could tell my own kid to ignore, but that doesn’t solve the problem for the other kids who deserve a safe space.

I find loud music obnoxious in any setting. My issue would be the volume. I would ask the bus driver to turn it down a bit as it’s really loud. I don’t really care what music a bus driver listens to, but no need to blast it.

Well tell your child they live in a diverse society with people of many different faiths and backgrounds. They should think positively of the opportunity to be exposed to people who think differently than they do.

People are fascinating. Can you explain further why it would make her feel marginalized? Does other religious stuff make her feel the same or is Christian music her biggest trigger? Are there non-religious interactions that also make her feel marginalized?

Huh? Listening to Christian music when you are not Christian makes her feel marginalized? Really? You need to work on your parenting skills. You need to work on your kid’s self esteem. (Personally think "under God" was a mistake when it was added in the 1950s and should be removed... but not bothered by this bus driver)
