Media allowing another but her emails

Joe and Jill have lot of problems. They’ve refinanced their home 35 times borrowing 6 million dollars . They treat everything as their personal ATM and stepping stone to grift

We couldn’t get away with the stuff he does. His grifting doesn’t get called out the way Trump’s does . Bidens been scamming the banking industry for years

Whatever it is you're talking about, the ultimate outcome of it regardless of Biden is that Trump CAN. NOT. WIN.

You can keep saying that (and I don’t want Trump to win) but the Dems are handing him this election by insisting on sticking with Biden, whether that’s because of people actually voting for Trump or people refusing to vote for either of them. I never thought I’d be a non-voter, but I absolutely cannot in good conscience cast an affirmative vote for either of them.

Your non-vote hands Trump a win. Period.

After watching last week’s debate this talking point has lost a lot of luster. How about Dems demand better and replace the candidate that we all know will not be cognitively up to the task for the next 4 years.

Your non-vote hands Trump a win. Period.

Are you ten years old? It's more complicated than that, thanks to the EC. NP

Writing someone in is childish. Your vote matters everywhere and if you’re a woman or have girls, you need to take a look back at how recently women fought for your right to do so.

It’s not childish. Let the record show that people did not support either candidate.

What record?

Historical record.

The history books will also show it was definitely an insurrection.

Trespassing is not an insurrection.

That is not the question. You need to choose trump or Biden. If you sit it out, you are not protecting your family. My family will be much better off under Biden so I need to try to give them that. If you want the con artist, then choose trump and protect your family from Biden.

This is a tired talking point and I don't get people like you. I'm not voting for Trump, but do I want a senile POTUS? No, and neither should you. Why is it ok with you? Demand better.

It’s not a talking point. It’s his voting works.

If you don't vote for Trump, but also don't vote for Biden, by default the numbers will be in Trump's favor and you will have a senile President Trump in charge.

It was the responsibility of the Dems to put up a competent candidate, but instead they put up someone whose mental acuity is clearly in decline and will only get worse as the years go on. If they wanted me to cast an affirmative vote for a Dem they needed to do way better than this. I won’t vote for Trump but I cannot vote for Biden either. If that is tantamount to voting for Trump then they need to take a look in the mirror and figure out why they thought running an old man with fading cognitive abilities was the answer.

And you have all the reasoning of a petulant adolescent.

No, it’s quite simple and logical. Neither man is competent for the position they are running for, so I will not support either of them. You also have to get a better talking point, because voters like me are the ones that actually will decide this election.

It’s not a talking point. One of these men is going to be president and writing in a third candidate isn’t “ranging against the machine” or “sticking it to the man.” It’s a waste of your time and vote. No one cares. You aren’t influencing anyone. It’s a temper tantrum. And oh, btw, there are numerous articles on troll farms encouraging apathy in American voters BECAUSE it’s damaging.

The antidote is fresh, aspirational, pragmatic, and consensus-building politicians of middle age — on both sides.

Joe does not "deserve" impeachment. He just needs to get the eff out of the way so that we can nominate a normal candidate to destroy Trump.

Ah ha! But trespassing on the Capitol (by scaling walls and breaking locked doors) on the day of, and time of, the congressional vote certification by the supporters of a man who was immediately prior rallying that fraud had occurred in the very process, is very much so.

“Protests votes” won’t make that happen. Wishful thinking. Vote every time you can in every election down to town dog catcher.

And that’s just what is known, not the international unknown financial info. Your son doesn’t get a place on a foreign utility board without lining the correct pockets.

I’m no attorney, but I’d love to hear an honest, nonpartisan one explain why Biden is not under investigation by the FBI but Congressman Cuellar is.

Seriously.
I agree with those that say they'll vote for an incompetent Biden over Trump, but I won't be happy about it. Coming out of the convention the Dems need a different nominee. I truly don't care who, as long as it's someone under 65.

As for those saying that Biden's staff/administration is good so the concerns are overblown... you aren't helping. Yes, Biden has competent staff - Thank God! But those staff members are not authorized to make Presidential decisions.
As President Bartlett pointed out to Leo, some of the people in the situation room could go to jail for refusing to follow the President's orders, no matter how crazed or illogical they are. So it's really not OK to just rely on those around a President.

Maybe.

But it is Biden and competency, ethics, rule of law and democracy or Trump and the end of democracy. You’re not making a thoughtful, moral or ethical choice, you’re throwing away your vote. And that’s your right, but you’re not in the right here.

Propping up an elderly cognitively challenged man and trying to pretend he should be the leader of the free world for the next 4 years isn’t exactly right either.

Exactly. All the right wing hand wringing over what server the emails were sent from sounds exactly like the Trump trials going on now.

Anyone else who did something stupid with their taxes would be slapped with a fine and sent on their merry way. Drive through Bethesda every spring and look at the telephone poles. You’ll see what I mean.

Wake us up when the GOP decides to be decent for a change and then maybe we can discuss “both sides.” Because all you’re asking for is the Democratic Party - really our only hope for democracy - to gut themselves for the benefit of the fascist Republicans. No.
