You obviously know all about morons... you started this absurd thread with your stupid exaggerations/misinformation/lies. Just admit you were lying: "And they are now working on no bank accounts should be owned by women" - no link, nothing to support this idiotic claim. You seriously need help. I hope you get it. |
Again with the nanny state. You sound as if you think any divorce means all children involved are endangered or lacking in care and support. Imagine the state barged into your house to stop you from making a family decision based on no evidence whatsoever. |

You are saying that the state gets to make all the decisions regarding the care and support of children, in the name of "protection". Really, that's what you want? Really? It's something a communist might say. |
So does this mean all women of childbearing ages have to submit to a pregnancy test during a divorce?
What if they've been separated for a long while and have a new partner and that partner is the father? What if they are just newly pregnant and want to go out of state for an abortion and don't want to submit to a test? WTF |
Perhaps you could get some of your answers here. https://children-laws.laws.com/legitimacy/history/legitimated |
Those are AI generated texts. No thanks. And anyway there's nothing there about whether the state of Misery is going to force women in the process of divorce to take a pregnancy test, which is wildly invasive of privacy. Nor what happens if a woman has been separated for long time and tries to divorce when she is in a new relationship and becomes pregnant. |
Then maybe read through this info from Connecticut, beginning with out of wedlock. https://www.jud.ct.gov/lawlib/Notebooks/Pathfinders/Paternity.pdf |
What does Connecticut have to say about Missouri? Weird. |
Showing you that it is not just red states and Missouri with laws protecting children, the unborn, etc. Terminology addresses paternity, legitimation, out of wedlock, etc even in CT. Pick your state. And terminology. All have similar intent. |
What does that have to do with Missouri forcing women to take a pregnancy test if they ask for a divorce? |
There is no such thing as an illegitimate child, for crying out loud. That is such an old fashioned and meaningless label. No sane person calls a child illegitimate in this day and age. |
She can, after she gives birth. |
Women can’t decide they don’t want child support, it’s not done that way. Women can’t decide on custody, the parents both have rights to their child and if they can’t decide on an equitable custody schedule, a judge examines the evidence and decides on a custody schedule. There are 3 people involved here: mother, father, and child. The woman doesn’t decide everything unilaterally. The state is trying to protect innocent babies and people here are acting like the mother just decides everything on her own. That’s not how divorce, custody, and child support work. It’s not a “nanny state,” wth is wrong with you? Marriage and divorce are legal and financial issues that the government is always involved in, in every state, in every marriage and divorce. Even extremely wealthy couples worth millions go through these processes. Marriage and divorce and children are not something the mother/wife decides and the government and the husband/father and children all say “ok, we all will do whatever you want.” |
