To answer your question, OP, no, there are undoubtedly many, many thousands, if not millions, of women who sighed and went on with their day upon learning of Tiger's juvenile behavior. Literally didn't give it another thought. But most of them are not looking for validation about how special that makes them. We realize that people have different experiences, different triggers, and different reactions. And we can recognize a behavior as sexist even if it didn't personally bother us.
He's a high profile athlete whose entire joke was that another player was so bad he was "playing like a woman". Although I personally DGAF what Tiger Woods does (he's a pathetic hot mess of a human) I can certainly see how his behavior would be disheartening to other women and especially young female athletes. I certainly wouldn't be going around looking for validation at my lack of a reaction.
I mean, doesn't he have a daughter? Imagine him trying to explain the joke to her. What a tool.
