We are moving to Silver Spring in May and are looking for some good daycare recommendations for our infant. We will be in the North Woodside community. Any insight helpful!

We liked Dee Dees place on Fairland Rd. Depending on your commutes though it may be the wrong direction. They have very nurturing staff, low turnover among staff and allow PT kids. Our toddler went from 17 mos to almost 4 and loved it.

Karasik near Forest Glen is a wonderful place but I don’t know about the waiting time for an infant spot. There are also lots of in-homes in that area.

I would reach out to Monday Morning Moms and tell them what you are looking for, but also call around to other in-home daycares. Getting an infant spot at a center like Karasik on short notice is unlikely.
