favorite soup with beans and mushrooms

I have beans (one of those 15 bean combos, soaking as we speak). I have some nice mushrooms. I want to make a soup.
I've googled around and found some promising recipes - just checking here in case someone has a nice bean and mushroom soup recipe that they want to share! It has to be vegetarian, is the only stipulation. |

| I would add carrot, green onion, and dill and keep it on the brothy side rather than the think side. |

| If the mushrooms are nice, I think they can shine better if you saute them and eat them on the side - maybe as a topping for a tartine/ toast to go with the soup? Getting a good sear on them brings out great flavor and you can accentuate with garlic, shallots, thyme, some nice cheese like taleggio. |

Mushrooms are not good in soup unless you're going all out with a cream based mushroom soup. |
