What’s everybody’s experience with communication within their clubs?

For example. I’ve been told there’s channels to properly communicate. Typically it goes through the coach first and then if they cannot give an answer it will normally move up the chain. Usually though the club leadership or directors.

As with most things if you want more information you should ask for it. Contact the technical director or the Super Y coach. Sometimes within a club Super Y is a completely separate coach and your coach might not have the info.
