Any idea how much a Rockville JCC membership is?

I haven’t been a member since the 1990s. I basically grew up in that building and for some reason want to go back, problem is I’m not the most wealthy person and planet fitness is much cheaper. But it does not have the social hall where I’d see Barry Louis Polisar sing

Very affordable.

Can't you just call and ask?

i recall it was super expensive in the 1990s. I just want to see the inside of the building again. My preschool was in the “basement”. My phobia of pools comes from the indoor pool where I injured myself in the very early 80s. D&D in the atrium . Memories

If you just want to go in to look around once, they'd likely let you do it without joining.

i doubt you can just walk into it. Even when I last went they had some kind of security. Anyone been there recently ? Is the snack room still there? Loved the ice cream machine they had

You may have to pass through security, but I bet they let you go in to just look around.

Just call and be given an appmt to take a tour. Yes of course there is security.

I went to a play there.. Perhaps you can look for a public event. I do agree they will give you a tour. Just say you are considering membership.

They have a very straightforward website with contact info about membership so I think you could find out your answer quickly and then decide if it makes sense for your financial situation.

Seem like OP wanted more to reminisce about his youth at the center than actually acquire current info about it.

It doesn’t list prices

My gym doesn't list prices on their website either. GO THERE and talk to someone. take a tour, then walk out if you want to. No one will keep you a prisoner there.

You should talk to them. I think they would welcome your interest.
