My friend was telling me she won’t do any of the dna testing because it could help implicate her kid in a crime one day. She said she’s obviously against her kids committing crimes and would love them no matter what, but also doesn’t want to do anything to help the process to convict.
What do you think? https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/how-your-dna-test-could-send-a-relative-to-jail/ar-AASaSeb?li=BBnbfcL |
| Does your friend think that she is such a bad parent that she is raising criminals? |
| I agree with your friend. It's also why I don't post on social media. |
|
Police can only access sharing dna websites, and DC and Maryland put restrictions on what police can do with that info.
Personally, I'd likely turn in my relatives if they are murderers or rapists. |
|
I wouldn't take one because I worry that it could make it difficult to get Life insurance or make my health insurance go up.
That is a LOT Of information to give to a company. |
| I’m for truth, transparency, information, and crimes being solved. Mine, my son’s, and a bunch of other relatives’ DNA has been on multiple sites for years now. Not concerned at all. |
Do you seriously think no criminals come from good parents? Good parents produce drug addicts. Drug addicts commit crimes. It’s part of the disease of needing money for drugs but frequently not having any. |
| That’s the least of my worries with my DNA being owned by a corporation. |
| I don't have a problem with it. I'm pro solving crimes. |
She's in for a surprise. The possible future criminal can be tracked down through a sinlinh, aunt, uncle, cousin, etc. |
| Is your friends name Melanie Trump? Because those trump kids deserve to be convicted! |
| Imagine the fallout from those data breaches. |
Yes, I’m much more concerned about this than crime solving. |
|
Um, yeah, this is how they caught the GSK.
It's too late, though, because I guarantee one of your relatives has already done 23me or similar. |
Not really. Usually bad parenting produces drug addicts. Of course there are exceptions. Most criminals didn’t come from happy, UMC homes. |
