Recommend a cat carrier?

As the title says. We need a cat carrier for vet visits and the like. What do you like? What does your cat like? What to look for (or not to look for), or are they all pretty much the same?

| I have a top loading one that’s a ton easier to get the cat in and out of. |

| Cat doesn't like any of them. Makes noises like a crying baby and I have to sing Amazing Grace to her on loop to shut her up. |

| I've had several over the years and my preference is for a soft-sided carrier with a strap and top loading ability (they'll also have side entries). |

My cats can escape from any top-loading soft carrier, and they've torn holes in the netting.
