Recommend un-padded strapless bra for tween girl

DD has a bat mitzvah party coming up and she got a dress with spaghetti straps. She needs something simple and age appropriate that won't fall down. Everything I find in stores has huge padded cups. Any suggestions?

Yummie. I am A cup and hate the pads and underwires. This works for me. It has pads, but they are removable. I toss them.

I would search for more of a "bandeau" type of bra (aka boob tube). usually they have removable padded cups.

Bumping this old thread to see if there are any other suggestions. My 10yo just started wearing a bra and doesn't want straps showing with tank tops, etc this summer (yes I know everyone does it and I've told her it's NBD, but she doesn't want to). We tried the Target bandeau and it immediately rolled down and was useless. Bleuet and Yellowberry don't offer any strapless/bandeau styles. Anybody found a decent unpadded bandeau that is appropriate for a 4th grader and actually stays up??
