Throw me ideas what I can put inside a gift basket for aftercare?

I pay my kid to be in an after school program, and it is like from 3:15 to 6pm Monday to Friday. There are a group of adults like 6 (on and off) and approximate 50 kids or more for the m to take care from the same school.

Holiday is coming up, do you normally give them gifts or not for Christmas individually or in a group? I am thinking of a group gift basket, but I am not sure how much should I spend on it & what should I put inside? There are women and men that some I interact more, but some I never interact with. What do you do with those after school care program that you enroll your child in for holidays?

I gave chipotle gift cards.

Two years ago I gave a 20-pack of lightweight kids gloves, for kids who forget their gloves. They seemed to like it.

I typically give a $20 gift card (something like Amazon or target) to each staff member who is on site with the kids.

This is best. The gloves above are for the program, not the staffers. The staffers don’t want “gift items that are useless but we all buy each other in December for no reason.” They want cash.

I am curious do you gift every staff at aftercare program same amount for giftcard or same gift OR different amount for giftcard or different gift depends on how much parents/kids have interacted with those staffs. There are many kids for them to take care, and I think my kid get more attention from 2-3 specific staffs all the time.

I always give the same amount to each staff member.

This is the best thing to do.

I would do something they can spend on a need or want. Those are low paying jobs...

A parent at our aftercare organizes a donate what you feel appropriate and they split it across everyone based on how many days a week the person works.

I do NOT give gifts to short term enrichment / or winter break camps.
